Exchange & Return Policy

Due to COVID 19 we will not be accepting any exchanges or returns.We take pride and keep your family and ours safe during this pandemic.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Please make sure you input your correct shipping address as we are not responsible if your shipping address is not correct. However , you have 24 hours to update your shipping address by contacting prettysavages8@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for you a refund you must:

1. Take a picture of the wrong order delivered. This includes wrong size and/ color and send it via email to prettysavages8@gmail.com
2. Send a screenshot of your order confirmation and send it via email to prettysavages8@gmail.com
3. Send a screenshot of confirmation of delivery via email at prettysavages8@gmail.com

You have 24 hours after you receive your order to submit the proofs above to be eligible for a refund. Failure to send proof will result in no refund being issued. Once we review your request we will get back to you within 48 hours with our decision. If we decide to issue you a refund , it will be issued to the payment you used to purchase the items. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to go through depending on your bank. Please make sure you confirm with your bank when your refund will be available.
